We collect your name and email when you ask us for things (a free guide, the newsletter, an account), we use them to deliver those things, and we never sell them. No ad trackers follow you around this site.
Freebies, the quiz, and the newsletter: your first name and email, so we can send you what you asked for.
Member and free-guide accounts: your email (it’s how login works — we email you a 6-digit code instead of storing a password) and your name from the member roster.
Member tools: what you put into them — proposals you track, stars you log, progress through guides. That data is yours; the tools exist to show it back to you.
The contact form: whatever you write us, delivered to Erica’s inbox as an email.
Deliver the thing you asked for, run the member tools, and send you email you signed up for — freebies, the newsletter, community updates. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link that works. Login-code emails are transactional and only ever go where you’re signing in.
We don’t sell your data. We don’t rent your data. We don’t run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
A few services help run this site, and your data passes through them to do their jobs: Flodesk (email newsletters and freebie delivery), Resend (login codes and contact-form delivery), Supabase (account and member-tool databases), Vercel (site hosting), and Skool (the community and membership billing — Skool handles payments under its own privacy policy; we never see your card details).
We use cookies for one job: keeping you logged in (your member or free-guide session). No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.
We keep your data while you have an account or subscription with us. Unsubscribing stops the emails; if you want your data deleted entirely, contact us or email erica@ericanall.com and we’ll take care of it.
This site is for adults building freelance careers and isn’t directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect their data.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Meaningful changes will be announced to members.
