The Fine Print

This site teaches freelancing. The membership gives you learning materials and community. Be a decent human, don’t redistribute the materials, and understand that we teach skills — we can’t promise income. That’s most of it. The longer version follows.
FREELANCE with ERICA (“FWE,” “we,” “us”) operates freelancewitherica.com and the FWE membership community. By using this site or joining the membership, you agree to these terms.
Membership is billed through Skool, which has its own terms and handles your payment details — we never see your card number. Pricing, tiers, and any free-trial terms are shown at checkout. You can cancel anytime through Skool; when your membership ends, access to member content ends with it.
One account per person, tied to your email. Don’t share your login or your member access with people outside the membership. We can suspend accounts that abuse the community, the content, or other members.
Every person gets one free library guide unlock, tied to their email address. One means one — the rest of the library comes with membership.
The guides, courses, templates, and everything else we publish belong to FWE. You’re welcome to use them for your own learning and your own freelance business. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute them, and you may not use them to build a competing product.
We teach skills and show real examples, including real rate ranges from our research. None of it is a promise of income. Rates shown are researched starting ranges, your results depend on your own work, and no income is guaranteed. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or tax advice.
We link to outside tools, platforms, and resources (some may be affiliate links). We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for them.
The site and membership are provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using them, and our total liability is limited to what you’ve paid us in the past twelve months.
We may update these terms as the product grows. The date at the top tells you when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. Questions? Contact us or email erica@ericanall.com.
